- start up thinking - processes are still fluid and under definition - work life balance linked to previous line, once processes are final and effective it will help a lot

Pros

Startup environment where you can use any tool for the job. Pleasant and easy to work at. Marketing is good.

Cons

I was the only person who understood what the team is doing. I've built all our tooling. In the end I was let go by an insecure manager who was afraid I'll take over his role. Incompetence is present in every team at this place, and it will only get worse with time.
