      I have a very supportive manager and team. It's very important to have a great team because that influences a lot of things in a work environment.

      Cons

      You need to adjust to some companies that work late hours. Sometimes you have to work very late to get projects completed.

      The culture is amazing and everyone in the team understands that culture starts with them. The hiring process is too notch at this company as they only onboard like-minded individuals.

      Cons

      It’s a relatively saturated market and it’s highly competitive. You will not survive here if you don’t have determination and the drive to be the best.

      The culture here amazes me. Everyone, no matter their title is willing to help - Competitive salary and perks - Great tech that solves critical security issues - Flexible working environments (great when you have kids).

      Cons

      The company is growing rapidly and with that comes growing pains.
