      Great Company + Better Product/Solution

      -Technology is top of the line and is leading the XDR future -Great work life balance -Future is very bright , even in this downturn economy -Provide all the necessary tools you need to do your job (trainings, competitive intel, marketing, events, etc)

      Cons

      -No major cons -Hire field CISOs to help with competitive differentiators and spread the word on why S1.

      Best Company Ever!

      Pros

      People - Amazing, super helpful and everyone is so collaborative Values - Are adhered to by everyone and we live and breathe our values each and every day Culture - The BEST! Leadership - Clear direction, strategy, approach to market and they truly understand recruitment which is rare in most companies. Compensation - Very attractive and includes equity, plus the option to purchase additional stocks! Offsites & Events - Engaging and so nice to connect with people in a professional and social setting outside of your usual place of work.

      Cons

      Having tried to think of least one thing, I can honestly say I could not think of anything that is wrong with SentinelOne. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else!
