      Pros

      I joined SentinelOne from. much more established security vendor that had completed too many acquisitions and lost their focus and became an ecosystem of one. SentinelOne represented outstanding tech and people with massive market upside. Teams collaborate selflessly like a startup with a focus on customer success, and I was promoted internally to continue to advance my career!

      Cons

      SentinelOne is growing quickly, so change is the only constant. This can be offsetting to people who aren’t used to fast growth, but can be embraced to yield creativity and personal growth.

      Definitely feels like each employee and department is working towards the common goal of making SentinelOne's products, services and business the best that it can be.

      Still in "build mode" and experiencing growing pains at various levels and functions due to how quickly the business has been, and continues to grow and expand.
