      -Incredible culture with true OneSentinel values. Cross functional collaboration is like no other company. -Cares about the employees and knows employees are the key to success. -Focused on AI upskilling with new AI learning program for all employees helps to give all employees skills for the future. -Great pay and benefits, including ESPP and RSUs. -Strong leadership and management chain throughout the company. -Allows for flexibility and great work/ life balance.

      Cons

      -Stock price fluctuations create uncertainty with regards to stock compensation -Shifts in strategy/ product focus is crucial turning point for the future success.

      Lot of opportunities for career advancement - big push to promote from within where possible. Ample resources to develop in your skills as a leader. Competitive compensation packages with excellent benefits. Remote work!

      Cons

      Difficult to bridge global time zones when collaborating cross-functionally. People are very spread out across all departments.

      I love working at S1! On top of a great culture, there are multiple L&D programs, the mentorship program is fantastic, there are flexible working arrangements, opportunities for growth, and the tech is top-notch. Highly recommend!
