      From the moment you join, there are plenty of opportunities to develop your technical skills. The company has a culture that encourages even newcomers to take on challenges, providing many chances for growth and learning. When faced with something unfamiliar, you have the freedom to either study independently or ask for help—whichever works best for you. I really appreciate this environment. The product and services themselves are also incredibly well-designed, and I'm excited about the company's future growth!
