      Pros

      People I have been working with have been awesome. The benefits/perks are great. Fast paced and very busy. You have to be ready for tight deadlines sometimes.

      Cons

      No real direction in training for some of the internal applications. Learn as you go but there are people who are extremely helpful in making sure your questions have been answered.
