      Pros

      Company is still growing very fast. Scale is growing daily. Lots of interesting technological challenges with engineering growth. With all that - employees are being listened to, and there is a genuine investment in the employees and personal growth

      Cons

      The pace is still strong. Such a big company growing 130% YoY is hard. We ran very very fast throughout the years amd still lots of things are not structured and have clear paradigms. Resourcefulness is still a critical trait for every engineer. This is not suitable for anyone

      Pros

      This is the first company where I genuinely felt welcomed from day 1 (even prior to day 1 while recruitment). From the manager, leader, to the team, they take great efforts to get to know you. They genuinely care and provide you with the tools you need to be successful in your role.

      Cons

      There is a lot going on within S1. Which is a good thing as it keeps every day interesting, invigorating and energizing, however, there is a lot happening. If you are wanting to come to company and constantly learn, this is the place!

      Great Space to Feel Involved

      Pros

      - You feel heard. As long as you raise your hand, you can be involved in projects and ideas. It doesn't feel segmented. - Huge investment from leadership and management - A great stride in transparency - Good comp and benefits - Solid culture

      Cons

      - With the rapid growth, there's a lot of chaos that comes with typical growing pains. Still working through it - Could add 401k matching - Can be a lot of work to handle at times
