SentinelOne has an amazing culture that is anchored to our core set of values. Those values are felt and experienced every day and are threaded through out everything we do. Our leadership, from the senior most, to our frontline managers, not only care deeply about our customers, but for us as employees as well. We are constantly challenged in new and interesting ways and our ability to make an impact is supported every day. I am extremely grateful to be a part of the SentinelOne team.

Cons

Like all companies, we're not perfect. We have our challenges with growing pains and there is a ton of work to be done! This can be seen as a con or an opportunity for professional growth!

It is clear that SentinelOne has been founded and led by people that know exactly what employees value the most - positive and empowering organizational culture. There is no real hierarchy, so everyone has the opportunity to step in and make an impact. Management engagement level is extraordinary, so everyone is highly motivated and bound to the company targets. Despite the fast growth during the past year, there is a feeling of small and intimate workplace. Compensation is quite competitive, and the technology is cutting edge in the world of cyber security. SentinelOne has been awarded as best place to work for multiple times in multiple categories.

Cons

Fast growth means extremely dynamic workplace, so might not fit everyone. No offices, everyone works in open space (It's not a con really).
