The team leaders encourage the adaption of new technologies and initiatives for improvement. Great work environment. The HR really take care of us and come up with a lot of cool ideas to keep morale high. During the start of COVID-19, i really felt that the management taking our health into consideration.

Gives a variety of opportunities for employees to learn and develop. Great environment, the company really takes care of its' employees. Amazing people personally and professionally! The work is very interesting, I feel like I'm learning something new every day. I couldn't ask for a better place to work and can't wait for what the future holds.

Pros

Working at SentinelOne is a huge delight. The working environment is very professional yet friendly and fun. As a security analyst, I get to face and solve all the latest threats in the industry on a daily basis, and as a part-time employee I get extremely flexible hours to fit my schedule as a university student - best of both worlds. The company's quick COVID-19 adaptation allowed me to work from home during my first months without any issue.

Cons

I honestly can't find any cons in working at SentinelOne.
