Great tech, great people, great leaders, great culture. I know this might sound unrealistic, but this is simply a great place to work. Freedom, autonomy, support, team work, opportunities, recognition. I feel so lucky to be a part of it.

Cons

Lots of work and fact pace sometimes leading to misalignment, so you need to put an effort into communicating and collaborating effectively.

Technology. The beauty of the architecture really allows to almost to tackle any security challenge now and in future. People. We talk with each-other and share information and best-practice. Spirit & Culture. Open and very collaborative style all over the place. We try things and if the don't work we try something else and learn from it.

Cons

Growth can be a challenge as well. So we face the typical growth pains of the industry, when it comes to processes and communication.

Cons

To be successful you need to work in an Hypergrowh space. The cons it is only the intensive daily activities but the company provides you with tools to ease the stress.
