S1:Great culture, technology, people and exec team.

- strong brand, market presence, growth rates, client loyalty. - experienced leadership, strong exec team, strong “do good” ethos, strong sense of mission - very strong technology story, segment leadership, platform strategy and acquisition strategy - low politics, flat / accessible senior leadership, responsive and agile. - after largest ipo in cyber to date, maintained record revenue growth - Multiple “best workplace” awards.

Cons

- at times still pre-ipo like, meaning work it out as we go, fail fast if have to. - brand association with edr, crowded if differentiated, but s1 does much more. - fast growth means change and adapt: little stays static.
