Pros

The company has a team mentality and the management provides the tool and support to be successful. It helps that the technology and development team keep producing and coming out with cutting edge technology that really is best in market. Couldn't ask for a better place to work and can't wait for what the future holds.

Cons

I wish I had started here sooner...the team members that came before me really laid the ground work for the foundation of a great company and culture.

Awesome culture with everyone working together to truly win a team. All levels of management willing to pitch in and support their team in the field. Great collaboration across regions and between various different team with one common goal. Lastly, I never have worked for a company that I feel so inspired due to leadership we have in place. It is truly a blessing to work for SentinelOne!

very transparent, open and success oriented culture. very driven, but very human on the other hand. great balance. great feedback culture and people are taken seriously and not seen as numbers. so far no silos and everyone working towards one goal. after 100 days I can confirm to myself - I made the right decision to join and I'm happy being part of the S1 family.
