good people, impressive technology, good pay and benefits for families

Cons

the issues are systemic. all leadership roles have turned over 2-3 times and the company is not that old. employees average about six months here. the proof is on linkedin, just look around. now the new leadership speaks openly of the people they will fire, and interview replacements for roles in the open. toxic, unprofessional and negative.

Lunches a couple of times a week; some fun/smart people work(ed) here.

Cons

The culture is awful. The CEO doesn't have any charisma and leads through negativity. Every manager come in thinking they need to clean house based on the CEO's feedback, only to realize the CEO is no longer on their side after a couple of months. The stock option grants are very low, which makes employees not motivated and the leadership team unable to acquire top executive talent. Bad product releases blow up customer environments. Employees are on edge as they over-hired and do layoffs often. Very sad case of a good idea that just wasn't executed properly.

Supportive environment. lots of room for growth. my position has promoted to multiple different fields. as a startup, lots of change which means lots of different ways to grow

some organizational issues but they hired some new management and they have begun to change the culture of the company
