Pros

Good benefits package and extra perks, good salary, my position is fully remote and I believe most are but there are offices around the globe as well, a lot of training, updated software and systems to work with, people are awesome, management is more relaxed, I don't feel micromanaged.

Cons

Company is still growing and there are some growing pains, but overall this is an awesome place.

I have mainly worked in the financial services/banking/insurance industry for the entirety of my career before joining Sentinelone (S1) - there is such a huge contrast, for the better, in the culture of S1 vs my prior experience: -> Employees are empowered by management to make decisions and own outcomes -> Work/Life balance is an actual priority for management - the unlimited PTO is actually unlimited PTO and management encourages you to use it as needed -> The work processes and technology are so much more effective, efficient and modern compared to my prior work places. I actually feel like I have the tool to be successful in my role -> The employee engagement is incredible especially considering the remote work culture

-> I wish I had joined sooner
