Pros

Like the headline mentions, working at S1 means that you're constantly in a fast paced, high growth environment due to the constant evolution within the cybersecurity industry. For the right individual, there is no ceiling as to what you can achieve.

Cons

As with any bay area tech company operating in a high grow environment, you'll have to put in the extra hours on a consistent basis. However, the potential of this company makes it worth it.

Pros

Excellent people and great benefits and the company is doing very well, which is unusual in this current climate. The work is busy and interesting!

Cons

Management is asking for things that are unachievable with the amount of people we have, plus they do not seem to weigh the concerns and questions from the SMEs at all, its a "my way or the highway" situation. This has resulted in quite a few messes and a lot of issues with staying on schedule & managing timelines of other projects. Pretty much everyone I know is burnt out, can't remember conversations from earlier that week, overworked, and tired.
