There are many pros to SentinelOne that all ties back to being a people-first company, which I'm incredibly proud to be part of. What stands out: - Values that are not just values on a wall but lived by - A tight nit community that both wins and fails together - and learns from both - From day one, you feel the support of your colleagues and are given great opportunities to learn from a bunch of passionate and smart professionals - The trust that's shown from the business truly empowers you to lead projects and grow in your role - faster than what is seen at other companies - Flexibility in role to further develop

Cons

As the company continues to grow exponentially, two areas that we are improving on: - Onboarding process for new hires across the business with introductions to the entire organisation - Maturing as a scale-up and increasingly adding more structures for smoother processes

Pros

This is a company that supports, encourages, and appreciates its employees. They build time into your weeks and months to participate in DEI initiatives, women's networks, self-improvement classes, continued learning seminars --- and overall value their employees. They are a company that is continuously innovating, staying client-focused, and ensuring there is quality in the work being done to keep our world safe in the cybersecurity realm.

Cons

S1 could improve in onboarding -- it can be hectic when there many tools to support yourself, but you don't know how to use them.

Very diverse company! People are amazing! everyone is very helpful and positive. Although majority of people work remotely S1 do the best to meet as many times as it is possible - online and in person. Company gives many development opportunities.

Cons

SentinelOne is very fresh company - many processes are still being built. However due to that all employees get a chance to be part of this 'building' and learn totally new things.
