Pros

I really enjoy working at SentinelOne. The benefits are great, and the company genuinely cares about employees and their well-being. There’s a strong emphasis on work-life balance and flexibility, and I feel supported both professionally and personally. The people are smart, kind, and easy to work with. Leadership is approachable and communicates openly, and I don’t feel micromanaged. There’s a lot of trust, which makes it a positive environment to do your best work. It also helps to feel like the work actually matters. The company is doing important things and that purpose comes through.

Cons

Things move fast and priorities can change, which is pretty typical for a growing tech company. Some processes are still being figured out, but nothing that feels unmanageable.

Pros

Overall the company is good, people are nice to work with and using latest tech.

Cons

Revolving door of executives and unclear vision for where the company is going. The stock has taken a nosedive over the last three years because of poor management.

Pros

Space to lead and build: This has been one of the most formative chapters of my career. I’ve had the opportunity to launch global programs, support major organizational shifts, and lead through real ambiguity — all while being trusted to shape the work and own the outcomes. Meaningful investment in people: From thoughtfully designed leadership cohorts to a strong learning roadmap and intentional employee experience opportunities — like stretch assignments, cross-functional exposure, and visibility with senior leaders — I’ve consistently felt supported to stretch and evolve, not just as a professional, but as a person. Brilliant, committed colleagues: The level of talent here is energizing. When you find your partners, the collaboration is deep, fast, and high-impact. I’ve learned a lot from the people around me. Global reach and complexity: You’re operating at a scale where your work matters — and you feel it. The business moves quickly, and you’ll grow quickly if you step into the pace.

Cons

Navigating internal dynamics takes finesse: As with many high-growth companies, influence isn’t always linear. Relationships and proximity can sometimes carry more weight than clarity or structure, which can create friction in cross-functional work. Inclusion is still finding its rhythm: There’s strong intent and progress underway. The next step is ensuring shared ownership and embedding inclusion more deeply into decisions, systems, and ways of working — not just relying on passion from a few.
