Great pay, toxic management.

Pros

• Compensation is very competitive. • Products and technology is cutting edge. • The company is set to continue to take over the XDR cybersecurity space.

Cons

• Your actual output quality and timeliness does not matter. Instead what matters is how your direct manager feels about you with no recourse if he decides that he is not happy with you. • Getting things done takes 3 times as long because of bloated required processes, and micromanagement. • Constant turnover from firings and resignations. • The feeling is that anyone can get let go at anytime, which creates a complete lack of trust in anyone else. • The toxic work environment is not worth the competitive compensation compensation.

Leader in the market, dynamic, solid, best-in-class technology, great culture, sense of urgency, agile, strong. These are the adjectives I'd use to describe SentinelOne. I feel very happy to work here.

Cons

Continuous new initiatives have short runways to prepare.

- Remote - Focused on evolving a leading edge product - Employee focused - Freedom to improve your job and yourself - This company is in it for the long haul and stock compensation is at a favorable price point as of this writing

- Company growing pains related to stock value but this is pretty much out of our control
