      Supportive culture amid exciting changes and opportunities

      Pros

      I have loved nearly all the people I have met here and I feel extremely grateful to be working for a company who treats its employees as well as this one does. For me, it was like it was the early 2000s all over again with the benefits offered.

      Cons

      The only con I can off would actually also be a great pro in my mind. Currently the company is undergoing a lot of change, which can make things turbulent, but for the right person, with the right temperament, it also could be a tremendous opportunity to contribute to a growing companies success

      Great Culture

      Pros

      - Great management and very welcoming team that actually make you comfortable working on issues - great learning opportunities - real world attacks/issues on daily basis - again great team culture and team management - good new employee benefit for home office - monthly gym benefits - work life balance is good as management treats everything human first and understand situation even if work is super busy we do get time off for life etc.

      Cons

      - Too busy but it is operation work so expected, I can't think of another con to mention
