Senior execs come and go at an alarming rate, contributing to confusion, lack of accountability, and no long-term strategic direction. Morale is in the gutter. High performers either disappear without explanation or are part of repeated layoffs. No one feels safe, and it shows. Despite branding itself as a global company, SentinelOne operates with a blatant US-first mindset. APJ and EMEA are treated as second-class citizens. Career development is a joke unless you’re willing to play internal politics or attach yourself to the right names. Meritocracy is dead.
