I have been here now for almost six months and have no complaints at all. There is a lot to learn but everyone is very supportive and always willing to help out. Also satisfied with benefits and pay. One of the main reasons why I came here was for the technology as I had my eye on this company for the last several years. Even though SentinelOne is not yet a household name, I really do believe that the technology is superior and this is reflected in the gartner MQs. Even though I haven't been here very long, I'm starting to see a shift in customers who really want to learn more about what we have to offer.

I’ve been at SentinelOne for over three years, and it’s clear the company really invests in its people, especially managers. There’s a big focus on leadership development and growth, which helps us show up better for our teams. We recently had a LeaderOne Summit where Senior Managers and Directors came together to connect, share, and lean into our leadership principles. It was a great experience, and it was so amazing to see the company investing in us so intentionally! The company genuinely cares about employees, from learning and development opportunities to strong benefits, competitive pay, and resources that support both work and life. What's most important to me about the company I work for is its mission. Being part of a cybersecurity company that’s tackling real challenges in today’s world makes the work feel meaningful. It’s motivating to know that what we do every day contributes to something bigger.
