      Pros

      Working at S1 has been a great experience so far. There are plenty of exciting projects and exposure to cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. It’s a place where continuous learning is encouraged and supported. The recruitment process was smooth, transparent, and respectful—no ghosting or surprises. Overall, I’m genuinely happy and grateful to be part of the team at S1.

      Cons

      At times, it can feel overwhelming to keep up—especially if you’re new to cybersecurity or don’t yet have the deep technical background to stay fully up to speed. The fast pace and complexity of the work can be challenging without a strong foundation.

      Excellent Culture

      Pros

      SentinelOne boasts a strong culture built on folks actually going above and beyond to help one another out, at least in my experience. While resources here, like most anywhere, can sometimes be strained, people come with a can do attitude together to make things work. Leadership is willing to get involved and help when asked and the technology is excellent too.

      Cons

      Would be nice if we had some offices for occasional get togethers.
