There are many pros to SentinelOne that all ties back to being a people-first company, which I'm incredibly proud to be part of. What stands out: - Values that are not just values on a wall but lived by - A tight nit community that both wins and fails together - and learns from both - From day one, you feel the support of your colleagues and are given great opportunities to learn from a bunch of passionate and smart professionals - The trust that's shown from the business truly empowers you to lead projects and grow in your role - faster than what is seen at other companies - Flexibility in role to further develop

Cons

As the company continues to grow exponentially, two areas that we are improving on: - Onboarding process for new hires across the business with introductions to the entire organisation - Maturing as a scale-up and increasingly adding more structures for smoother processes

Working at SentinelOne has been great since day one. Even the hiring process was super fast and easy going. Everyone is super welcoming and eager to help each other and I never heard so many positive stories and experiences from employees at a company then I did at SentinelOne. I've been here for about 8 months now but it feels like a lifetime already.
