      Pros

      Great company with the potential to grow exponentially. Great culture with much Diversity in all facets of the business. Strong leaders that have experience from many Fortune 100 companies.

      Cons

      Fast growing company. Tough to keep up with the rapid growth but the company is working hard to ensure it doesn't effect the business.

      Best of All - Growth, Challenge, Supportive Culture, and Modern Technology

      Pros

      - Best culture and group of people I've ever had in a work environment - Hypergrowth of SentinelOne brings similar opportunities for employees - Solving the most critical challenge of the modern economy: cybersecurity - Work-life balance while and remote flexibility is superb - Diversity and inclusion focus is great

      Cons

      - One must be a self-starter and motivated to succeed at SentinelOne - Not an ideal place if you're only willing to do the bare minimum

      Pros

      Great tech, great people, great leaders, great culture. I know this might sound unrealistic, but this is simply a great place to work. Freedom, autonomy, support, team work, opportunities, recognition. I feel so lucky to be a part of it.

      Cons

      Lots of work and fact pace sometimes leading to misalignment, so you need to put an effort into communicating and collaborating effectively.
