      Great company with an uncertain future

      Pros

      Truly loved working for the company while it was good. Had an amazing team that really performed! The culture was pretty good!

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO is more of a talking point than a reality, since it’s tied to meeting quota. Management change is frequent, and certain leaders can be difficult to work with. Some lack firsthand experience as new business sellers, which shows in their approach. A few managers either provide little meaningful coaching or overwhelm you with tasks that actually take time away from selling.

      Under-resourced overloaded teams, chaotic planning, bad architecture decisions made by management. Product Management changes pretty often and thus the direction

      Excellent environment Learning groups for everything Career Opportunity, and at the same time you can change your career path or role position with no issues Good Salary and good benefits, Bonus are the best in here! No micro-management environment

      Cons

      Since this is a new company, there is some organization improvements needs to be done Really High amount of work under high pressure. Learning curve is not the same for everyone, you must keep really good discipline in your daily bases Find a balance for your personal life requires a really good time organization to be set, if you fail on this, you may become a workaholic employee
