      I appreciate the great work-life balance and flexible timing, which make it easier to manage both personal and professional commitments. The HR team is supportive and genuinely cares about employees, he always ready to listen and help with empathy. The benefits are amazing, and the leadership team focuses on creating a positive and motivating work environment. It's a great place to grow and feel valued.

      Cons

      Salary hikes are limited, leadership changes often and there could be more team gatherings to improve collaboration and engagement.

      - There are many opportunities to get involved in different projects - My manager and my team are open to my suggestions and ideas - I'm given the independence to get my work done in ways that are efficient for my workstyle, but I'm also supported and guided when roadblocks arise - I see a positive growth trajectory for my career - I'm given many opportunity to work with cross-functional stakeholders outside my team/org, which is great for professional development, networking, and career advancement - My role is fully remote - I have great benefits, including unlimited PTO, a wellness stipend, and 401k matching

      Cons

      I wish I had more opportunities to meet my team and manager in-person through team offsites and/or conferences in my region.
