      - Onboarding can be a bit chaotic - Approval processes for new vendors and programs can be slow - Can be a bit siloed between teams at times

      Pros

      Great place to work. I feel so valued here, not just as an employee, but also as a person. My team has done nothing but make me feel welcome. Customers are excited about our vision. Incredible leadership.

      Cons

      Tech is incredible. I believe in it and am able to talk about, because I actually love it. That said, our solution may not be as mature as some of the competitors. If that would be considered a con... Zero complaints about culture though.
