Pros

S1 supports a strong work-life balance for all of its employees. We have a culture where we are flexible to allow for personal and family commitments while still being engaged with our work and our teams.

Cons

Just like any company who continues to grow quickly, there are some growing pains. We are adjusting through leadership changes, process changes, but it is a part of a company's growth and we are moving in the right direction.

-Amazing people and culture. Smart, Empathetic, Collaborative and Fun! -Company is well positioned for next phase of growth. If you want to build and enjoy the fast pace of a startup while being part of a highly successful company this is the place! (best of both worlds!)

Cons

-Sales Systems and processes are in the midst of improvement. Excellent plan that is being executed on which requires patience.

"Team First" Attitude is evident on Day 1 from all "Sentinels". Work/Life Balance is something that is also heavily encouraged from the top. Refreshing and motivating.
