      Pros

      I joined SentinelOne (S1) in May of 2022 and have enjoyed every moment getting to know all the teams across the globe. Everyone has been open, friendly, professional and a positive representation of our company values. Since I'm 100% remote, I am not able to share any highlights about the HQ in Mountain View, CA; however, I've heard only positive remarks. Great first impressions with onboarding, relationship building and excitable work streams only confirms that S1 is an amazing company to join!

      Cons

      As a new joiner to the company, I do not have any immediate cons to share. The teams are lean -- we show up equipped and ready to deliver on the business priorities.

      Great place to grow your career

      Pros

      Leadership is transparent, values-driven, and down to earth. Management gives you the autonomy to operate, but holds you accountable to your teams' goals. Good support in terms of resources. Everyone is nice and easy to work with, especially given our diversity and cultural differences. I've made friends here. :) Exciting growth ahead. We have a compelling product and technology team. Love this place.

      Cons

      Could use more diversity in leadership but think that's common with many tech companies out there. The company is investing more resources towards this initiative which is a good sign.

      Growing Company with Great Culture

      Unlimited opportunities within the company to grow along with it Exciting environment with new clients and capabilities continually keeping things engaging Fantastic culture with everyone ready to support others and bring the company success

      Cons

      Growing quickly can have pains, especially around hiring new talent Areas of the company still have maturing to do to get caught up with the pace of growth
