      Pros

      Fantastic culture, support from management, leave policy (including 16 weeks non-binary parental leave for birth or adoption, including 5 days for grandparents), all combined with a clear mission and vision .

      Cons

      Fast growing company who's size sometimes outpaces HR support services. However, any issue is worked earnestly and with the best interest of the employee in mind.

      Pros

      Its not everyday you run into and organization as special as SentinelOne. The work happening here is a true force for good, and along the way they've managed to create a culture and hire leadership that fosters EXACTLY what you would hope to see in a corporate role today. - Incredible Benefits (that continue to evolve for the better as we move toward a more equitable corporate world) - Inspiring Leadership (not managers, leaders, who are drivers, doers, and true uplifters) - Ingenuity & Growth Potential (striving for greatness, every step of the way)

      Cons

      Many of these cons are listed mentioning growing pains - but I also think that's a pro. Because of the growing pains we are handed opportunities to solve the problems of a scaling and incredible organization while building up our resumes with fulfilling challenges. Couldn't ask for a better work environment.
