      Pros

      Coming up close to a year at SentinelOne and one of the best career decisions I made joining this exciting and dynamic company. The willingness to help, working together in true partnership and the genuine feeling of a "team" that works together are all attributes that I experience here at SentinelOne every day and every hour. Love it!!

      Cons

      The work pace is demanding but I don't see that as a con given the culture of collaboration and willingness to help.

      Fast paced and innovative culture - hard work but worth it!

      The company has an ambitious vision to grow far beyond endpoint protection and become the dominant security operations platform in all areas. Senior leadership is passionate and dedicated to this vision. All leaders within the company are given a tremendous amount of latitude to execute on their mission.

      Cons

      The ambitious plans will require top notch execution and scale. The company is still growing out of its startup phase.
