      Pros

      Caring colleagues, great benefits, fully remote work. Leadership is willing to listen and make changes for the better.

      Cons

      As with many startups, even mature ones, processes can change quickly. Still some kinks to be worked out. We could also use more gender and racial diversity.

      Every org. has 'cons' but I have found NOTHING that warrants a second opinion about my decision to work here. How I handle the "cons" is a testament to WHO I AM, and that's what matters and is within my control!!!!

      Growing and Becoming Better

      Lots of the fast pace learning and building that you get from a smaller company or a startup.

      Cons

      Fast growth comes with trade-offs that all come back, and you must fix them. It's to be expected.
