The honest truth about working in a unicorn
Pros
The people and the vibe is very good, i came from a corporate and this is a major game changer for me(work life balance is something embedded in the company culture), everything here is in a different pace, the amount of technologies is extreme, the ability to bring new ideas to the company, and the probability they would be adopted is very high, a lot of people to learn from, the technological stack is very wide, from cloud/micro-services/dockeraized dev and this is only a small fraction.
Cons
since this is still as startup, although no one excepts it from you(officially), i see a lot of people working really hard on a lot of tasks in parallel, and since we are all in the same bout in a lot of cases i find my self working really really hard, but when i really need to go, no one would say anything, but people are working their *** off here, not in a bad way, but in a really challenging way, i like it, but i do understand that some people might won't.
