Work life balance but it depends on the team

Cons

Very low level of code writing. Terrible infrastructure, but on the opposite side there is an expectation to develop fast without being allowed to improve the infra. Too many good engineers not being put into good use just waiting for the infrastructure to be fixed and wasting time trying to find workarounds instead of fixing the infra.

Large field marketing budget to handle to experience wide range of marketing channel strategy and tactics.

Cons

Insufficient investment on PR, brand and digital marketing to elevate brand locally. Very late market entry into Japan in the late product life cycle.
