      Good, WFH, Variable Pay, Insurance, Flexible

      Cons

      Less salary Hike, Earlier it was good, not we have lot of work pressure. Things are moving too fast, which is not good for a company. Top Level Management is good, but your immediate Seniors wont support much

      A Good Company to Work For

      Pros

      + A lot of meaningful work that keeps you busy but also doesn't make you bored. + Great benefits, especially if you're looking to start a family. + Good work-life balance (remote/hybrid available) + Great culture (despite the large number and global spread of users)

      Cons

      - Sometimes the company moves a bit too fast, making it hard to keep up the quality of services that have already been rolled out. - Standardization of apps could use some work (too many supported apps that do the exact same things)
