      Lots of opportunity for someone that is hungry. Strong products that have a lot of potential to do well in the market

      Cons

      immature systems and processes make the company difficult to navigate through but there is lots of room for improvement

      Great place to make a significant impact on culture, process and financials. Collaborative culture. Great place to gain experience.

      Cons

      It’s a smaller company that’s recently gone public so the company has all the normal growing pains you’d expect at this stage.
