I work with an excellent team.

Cons

Cuts on positions can happen anytime and often for any budget reasons. They have to make up for it somewhere so job security is a NO.

Sentral encourages you to think outside of the box- always! The company has a robust and very dynamic culture that fosters innovative ideas and welcomes creativity! The fast pace of the company allows for these ideas to come to life quickly. Working together as a team, whether within our own communities or with remote colleagues who are nationwide, creates a sense of support and togetherness that many companies who are all housed under one roof fail to achieve.
