No direction on where we'll be in the next 5 years Termination of key resources and employees that put the company where it is today at the corporate level. The culture and values of taking care of our employees made a 180 from 2 years ago where the employees were the foundation and driving force to the success of the company. There is no trust currently between the workforce and the executive leadership team.
