Co-workers are nice, building is awesome, benefits are okay

Cons

Corporate leaders do not think before rolling out programs. They think we will sign more leases by being remote. The website and entrata is constantly wrong and impossible to update. The regional VP is fake.

Pros

Sentral is a quickly growing organization, providing many opportunities for advancement. Sentral believes in promoting from within, a philosophy I have personally benefitted from. In my time at Sentral, I have been pleasantly surprised by the culture and the way employees treat each other.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like Sentral is growing so quickly that it is hard to keep up. I sometimes worry that we are not prioritizing the scalability of systems.
