Pros

The company and management are very caring and accomodating.

Cons

Be prepared for a rough time if youre working in a low volume store. I cant speak for what it may be like in bigger locations but ops is a lot of work, lots of heavy lifting for not enough pay or employees.

Pros

- Free products - Most customers are really nice - Lots of hours available - Easy training

Cons

- Not a lot of room for movement (I would love to have an opportunity to move to corporate after I graduated college) - Supervisors are very obvious about who their favorites are - Sometimes the free stuff you get is expired - The discount is pretty low. Only 20% on everything and 40% sephora collection

A hot mess.

Pros

Gratis, brand trainings, and met many awesome coworkers & clients! Depends on who you work under (management wise), cause it can either be really fun or dull!

Cons

• NO work/life balance, NONE. Don’t believe the lies. • I was forced to choose between my education or whether to advance in my career here. I was asked to step down/be demoted for choosing the obvious/better choice. It’s a common issue here, unfortunately. • At my specific location, our Store director would always run the other way and ask lower managers and leads to approach alleged thefts to “deter”. We have loss prevention agents for this purpose and for our protection. People have been spat on, pushed, and assaulted for approaching or acknowledging said thefts. We don’t get paid ENOUGH for this. • if you refused to approach, she’d call you out on the walkie talkie (from the back of the store) lol. • Long hours. On your feet all day. Get yelled at for staying/talking to clients too long. Mandatory weekend shifts. • A lot of passive aggressive behavior from management. • Want a promotion? Make sure you get “in” with the cool crowd. Nepotism is the move.
