Good direct leadership, good benefits.

Cons

Corporate is out of touch with the in store experience of their leaders. Workload demands often overlook the always on workload of people leadership and the hours spent on managing interpersonal conflict or performance management. No set schedule or much flexibility for consistent out of work commitments.
