      Pros

      Fun working environment, colleagues are enthusiastic, energetic and lively, top management are approachable, open-plan office

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive, heavy workload and portfolio, integration issues after acquiring another company, some decision-making controlled at Paris, France, others at Shanghai, China. Management has a lot of maneuvering to do and not vested with enough power to make decisions

      Pros

      I had lots of fun at this job, they offer a ton of training so you are constantly learning. You get to try a lot of product and interacting with clients is so enjoyable.

      Cons

      The only con has nothing to do with Sephora but with retail itself. You're going to get those clients that are just absolute rude nightmares but that can't be helped.
