Pros

Great training, you actually get out of the store to train.

Cons

Needs more structure, a little less of fixing everyone's problems and more of having them own there problems. Not great with teaching problem solving skills. Never worked for a company that consistently "babies" the cast.

Pros

constantly changing and remains on the forefront of the industry. with the right manager, you really have lots of opportunities as the company is really growing

Cons

there is never time to get settled. too much change, and once you understand and get it, it changes. lots of politics the higher up you go.

Pros

Fun, exciting, great perks, happy staff

Cons

Hard work for little to decent pay, wasn't confident I would be able to grow within unless heading to corporate Sephora and even if I did I wasn't sure I would be happy with it (those managers work long hours for I'm sure if good pay)
