Pros
I got hired as a seasonal employee and I have loved working here. I'm not kidding when I say everyone is friendly, I have never felt like someone was putting me down. The girls and guys here are just amazing!! Everyone is there because they love the beauty industry! Not to mention the gratification you get from helping someone feel amazing about themselves when they find a product that really makes them look beautiful. That's the best perk of this job! It makes me feel good! The company has so many great values and the managers really represent that. I am really proud to be working here!
Cons
Literally none, I cannot say I have had one bad experience...which is incredible. I guess if I picked one tiny thing it could be that at first I didn't love being at the cash register because I wanted to be working with the makeup. However they do a really great job of moving you around throughout your shift so you aren't always in one spot. Plus it actually did grow on me because I enjoy talking to clients alot, some really great moments !!!
