Pros

The sky is the limit with this company- it is a fun, educational environment where the growth of all staff is encouraged. Employees receive alot of gratis items to try so that they are able to sell them and speak to their results with the products. Constant company contests inspire staff to try to win points and prizes. Music plays all day which is motivating.

Cons

Company is doing well and should reinstate the 401 K match. No individual goals to meet- so lazy people get away with not working as hard as some other staff.

Pros

Fun job with no pressure to sell as it is not on commision. Decent salary but lots of samples that amke up for it.

Cons

Not much on advanceement . But you learn so much to take with you in the beauty industry and that will take you far.

Pros

Personally trained by brands frequently and received very good gratis. Fairly good incentives were given to make sales goals, i.e., gift cards, free lunch

Cons

Not much work schedule flexibility. If you need a day off, you have the option of using PTO hours or switching shifts with someone else.
