Pros

Good pay, including bonuses and gratis (free full sized product). Usually work 9pm-2am if stocking or early morning 8am-11am for updates at beginning of the year. Mostly did deep cleaning of displays, damages, stocking, updating displays. This job had a lot of perks--got a lot of free skincare and makeup.

Cons

Hours are for night owls. Culture is very sales and CLI driven. High pressure during holiday season.

Pros

the people I work with, incentive program

Cons

Concept-color dress code, a ridiculous amount of meetings, lack of opportunity to move up, operates like a start-up with many overworked employees, no training whatsoever, strong office politics.
