Being on the Slate for 2 years stinks, you never know when you are working until that day....can not make any plans in your life for at least 2 years.

Cons

Working the slate and not having much of a life in your first few years. Treatment from managers and supervisors. Dealing with other drivers and the public(depending on area you work in)
