Pros

Decent pay, benefits, ability to move within the company.

Cons

No chance to rise to the top or above a certain level through hard, loyal work if you do not have the right genes. Have actually been told that "they just have some numbers to fill" when not getting a promotion, not that they hired the best person for the job. Interviews are subjective at best and alot of times performed by unqualified employees with a stock set of questions. Symantics.

Pros

The experience you get meeting new people. The salary and flexibility of working extra hours or taking time off away from work. The options to pick different work locations that is suitable to your home location for easier commute.

Cons

The constant fatigue you face by the fast pace environment. Unable to actually make decisions for yourself as needed for the customers. At any moment you can be guilty until proven innocent
