      Great benefits, plenty of overtime available

      Cons

      Management is unable to effectively manage employees. If you are good at your job you will get burnt out doing everyone else's work. High rate of injury due to unsafe working conditions. Training is scarce. 24/7 operation. Likely to hold an awful shift until you are here for over a decade.
